life-groups-header

Life Groups are a time to meet in a group where we fellowship, and study God's word in a deeper more intimate setting as we journey through life together. We are a small group of 4-12 people who commit to meet during the week to experience authentic community and share life together thru prayer, studying the Scripture, and serving in the local community.

At The Crossing we call EVERYONE into a committed, missional, and reproducing life group. By that we mean for you

Committed...
-to growing in God's Word
-to meeting people where they are at
-to transparent community
-to caring for one another
-to pray

Missional...
-with one another
-with our neighborhood
-with our work
-with our world

Multiplying...
-more disciples of Christ
-groups

Why a Life Group?

We believe that God has created us to live in authentic community. If community is neglected, we are severing a major avenue in which God works in our lives and others. As a Church body grows bigger, it must provide environments for individuals to share life in smaller groups.  Likewise, these groups will become your church within a church by providing care, community, encouragement, and hope.

How do I find a Life Group?

If you are new to The Crossing and want to get involved in a life group, please fill out a communication card; drop it in the offering box on Sunday or email Pastor Larry Schembri at larry.schembri@thecrossingaurora.org.
